I mean no offense, Alexsis, but, go to Wal-Mart, pick up a pack of sharpies, a few sheets of copy paper stolen from the office, and then take your digital camera and make this. Ever since Warhol, I haven’t understood what makes a photo or painting of an everyday object, art. If I started setting up an infinity table and put my shoes on it and photographed it, would it sell for thousands or millions of dollars? Probably not. I don’t know. At this point I’m rambling and jealous. Yes, yes, and more yes. How about I set up a photo of a used toothbrush? Can I sell that for $10K? I don’t get it sometimes.
